EPYC stands for Eltham Presbyterian Youth Church.

The aim of EPYC is to provide a fun, safe environment for youth from Grade 6 to Year 9 to have fun, develop friendships, and learn about God and His purpose for their lives.

EPYC is for youth from Eltham Presbyterian Church, other churches, and for those who have no church involvement."

In a society which puts many pressures on young lives, EPYC aims to provide direction through the teaching of God's Word, the Bible, in a way which is relevant and accessible to young people.

We meet on each Friday night of the school term at 7:30pm at the Church Hall, 23 Batman Road, Eltham. Every second week is an "EPYC Night", with games, a Bible Study and supper. The other weeks are activity nights.

Fun activities include off-site adventures such as Dark Zone, a Formal Dinner and a Scavenger Hunt, as well as activities at the Hall such as a Multicultural Night or Guest Speaker.

An annual weekend camp is also held - 2003's camp was held in April at Anglesea.

See the current semester's program for more details on what's happening."

EPYC is led by Andrew and Mariska Sprague, two members of Eltham Presbyterian Church, who have a passion for seeing teenagers grow up as young men and women of God, equipped to take on the world.

We want to encourage young people to have fun, develop their knowledge of and faith in God, and pursue life to the full!
